Customer called in with assistance on setting up an EN2SE-R communicator via Serial. He wishes to communicate ASCII Strings. The customer will call back when he has the PLC set up so that we can download to the PLC.
I called the customer back, and we were able to successfully download the configuration. After some troubleshooting, we found the PLC was not on the network. Once we assigned an IP to the PLC were able to verify data was going back and forth.
