Good afternoon, we have several ewons in the field and myself and another user can connect to the ecatcher server just fine, but its not opening a VPN tunnel. I’ve attached the error logs from the user.

Just talked with Charles, and I had him try to uninstall and reinstall the TAP adapter but that didn’t seem to work.Then I had him install an older version of the firmware but that didn’t seem to work either. I’m going to look into this with the development team and see what else I can find out.
