My customer is getting error codes
29624 - ovpn could not reach Talk2M server
33233 - t2m-Talk2M: read VPN server address failed

Does this mean the all the ports necessary for the ewon to connect are closed? Or they just don’t actually have internet access?

When running the setup it reads.
VPM connectivity impossible (UDP, TCP, Proxy)



Can you send us a backup of the device so we can take a closer look at this?

Also one thing you could do is check this document and make sure the ports it talks about are open.

Go ahead and close it, the last I heard was they were looking at the network connection and I haven’t heard back.
