I have an EC310 fimware 2.03.05 it says system is online but when I try to connect with quickconnect it says establishing tunnel it first shows green like it is connected then I get an error “Channel error hannel with ‘network bridge 1’ was closed because the remote side could not be connected.” any suggestions?

I use to be able to connect then couldn’t because of the firmware updates. I updated my firmware now I still can’t connect
