I’m looking for a communication gateway device that will connect a Device Level Ring network to a Profinet Network and allow an Ethernet/IP IO Scanner (Master) to read/write data to a Siemens S7-1200 PLC with a Profinet Port.

You should be able to use the Anybus ABC4013 in this case.
You can either add it to your EIP Scanner’s program using the EDS file or Connection Points and then add it to your PROFINET network in TIA Portal using the GSD file.
