i have ewon cosy 131 3g
PN: EC6133D_01MA/S
its not appearing on ebuddy any way
i applied 2nd level reset so ip should be 10.0.0.53 i make me PC in same ip range but also not showing on ebuddy.
indication leds are giving health status USR led is blinking slowly in green color
so please help to solve this problem
You could try the recovery process:
I tried it through lan switch but same result
router is not detected by ebuddy
Have you tried using another PC? Maybe there is a firewall or a network issue. You could disable all the network adapters except for the one connected to the Cosy.

Yes tried also from my phone which has no firewall
i think its ip is hiden by the previous user
I have some questions please
- Ewon router configuration has ability to hide the router ip?
- Can ebuddy find the router even its ip range is different?
- If i have new one can i prevent the 2nd level reset that mean if any unauthorised person tried to reset it he can’t?

No, you can’t prevent someone from resetting the device if they have physical access to it.
