EWON Cosy 131 and TeamViewer

Hi there,

A client is looking to connect to a PC on the EWON LAN through TeamViewer. We would like them to do this through Ecatcher/VPN for security reasons. Is this possible?

Currently, The LAN PC Teamviewer says there is no connection (“Not ready. Please check your connection”). There’s no internet enabled on this PC.

Hello,

You would want to use Teamviewer as if you were connecting directly via a local LAN. In this case Teamviewer is working more like a VNC viewer. You should be able to follow this guide once connected through eCatcher.
