Ewon Cosy 131 / Bridge mode disabled for WAN

Hi Juliana,

I’m trying to put together a network topology drawing for our customer (at Site #2), that fits the NAT 1:1 instructions you suggested to me.

I’m unclear on how the Site #2 PLC will be able to “see” the VPN network via the customer’s LAN network (10.0.0.x). Please have a look at the drawing below and let me know how the physical hardware should be connected at Site #2, and how the IP addresses need to be entered in the NAT 1:1 configuration to suite.

Please see the hand sketch drawing below;

Thank you Juliana,

Hi @99bobster99,

I reached out to the rest of my team regarding your case, and at this point the NAT1:1 I previously suggested would not work for your application. The best solution for your case would be acquiring 2 flexys 205 and connecting both sites (using 1 flexy per site). Please see the following document for more information: Linking 2 Sites Together Using VPN (windows.net)

For applications like yours, we used eFive 25; however, this is no longer supported by HMS: Ewon Technical Support - eFive

Sorry again for the confusion.

Best regards,
Juliana

Hi Juliana,

Thank you for letting me know!

I’ll check into the Flexys 205 option you mentioned.

Your help has been excellent Juliana, thanks again for your assistance!!
