We have an eWon Cosy 131 Cellular router that went offline a month or so ago. When we power it up it goes through the self checks, but then all the LED Status lights light are off in the cellular panel. The PWR LED is Green and the USR LED is flashing Green which seems normal.
Is this model compatible with 3G only?

Is the COSY 131 a 3G device? If so, it will not be able to use a 4G SIM card.
Can you attach a backup with support files of the unit? This can be done using ebuddy while connected to the unit.

It is a Cosy 3G device. The SIM card I believe is 3G as well and I suspect that AT&T discontinued 3G service in the area that it is being used, but I would like to confirm that.
I have uploaded the backup file.
