Ewon Cosy 131 Frequently goes offline

Hello Ewon Team,

I have 2 EWON Cosy devices installed in separate equipment at a customer site that frequently go offline and online. Recently both these EWONS went offline for 4+ days and the only solution to re-establish connection was to cycle power to the devices.

both these devices are connected via a permanent ethernet connection

I have been in contact with the Company’s IT department but wanted to investigate things on my end.

I will look at these backups to check what the issue might be.

it looks like the devices were not able to connect to our access servers. It could have been an issue with the certificate passing through their firewall.

I do suggest updating the firmware to 14.3, this can be done using ebuddy.

Issue has been resolved by updating the firmware to 14.3.
