Hello Ewon Team,
I have 2 EWON Cosy devices installed in separate equipment at a customer site that frequently go offline and online. Recently both these EWONS went offline for 4+ days and the only solution to re-establish connection was to cycle power to the devices.
both these devices are connected via a permanent ethernet connection
I have been in contact with the Company’s IT department but wanted to investigate things on my end.
