I have some issue with cosy 131 ETH.

Internet connection failure appear during testing internet connection

Can you provide a full backup with support files?

As for the Internet Wizard, does it fail both steps?

It see WAN but fails on the second step

Dear team,
I have found solution for my issue.
I have connected EWON to 4G switch via cable
At the end of this cable internet connection was ok and I can ping google.com and use internet at all. But I can not ping address 8.8.8.8
I discovered that our internet operator may block this DNS. Because when I switch sim card in 4G router to another one everything work properly
Seems like COSY 131 check internet connection checking address 8.8.8.8 end if it can not see it then it don`t show internet connection even if it present on the end of cable.

Just to improve device you can add in next version of firmware checking internet connection by another address or additional address
