Ewon cosy 131 loading to Siemens HMI KTP400 basic

Hello there,

customer have on field a ewon cosy131 firmware 14.1s0.
They destroyed a Siemens HMI, replace with new, and i am not able to load program to HMI device.
Device type is Siemens KTP400basi pn.

I cannot see the panel online.
In the project. there is one more panel TP1500 comfort and this panel works perfectly with ewon, also PLCs7 300 work perfectly.

Do you have any tip ?

Hi Patrick,

Sorry for they delay. Were you able to resolve this?

Scanning for devices over the VPN often does not work with Siemens software, so you need to know the static IP address of the end device (HMI in this case). You should be able to find it by manually entering the IP address into STEP7.
