eWON Cosy 131 No ping and no VPN

Hi,
we have a problem, the eWON cosy 131 has worked until some week ago, and now is offline.
If I reboot the eWON I can ping it trough the LAN, but eCatcher tell me that the eWon is Offline and if I start the configuration test, the ping trough the LAN stops (and also the browser interface).
The configuration tell me:

I have upgraded it to the last firmware version but nothing has changed.

What can I do?

If the last step in the Talk2M wizard is failing then openVPN traffic is being restricted on either TCP port 443 or UDP port 1194. In your case, the ports appear to be open but the device is unable to create an openVPN tunnel on UDP port 1194.

As a next step, I would try forcing TCP port 443 for your VPN.

You can do this by re-running through the Talk2M wizard and choosing ‘Force TCP’

If forcing TCP has the same result then openVPN is being restricted on TCP port 443 as well and you will need to speak with your IT department to have them allow ‘openVPN as a service’ on TCP port 443.
