Here is the Recovery guide. You can skip down to page 6. eBuddy will automatically download the firmware from the serial number you enter.
Basically, you connect the Cosy and your PC to the 10/100 switch and then in eBuddy go to Tools and then Recovery. eBuddy will start searching for the device, but you need to put it into “recovery mode” by doing the process of powering it on while holding down the reset button. After it finds the device, it will give you further instructions to complete the process. Let me know if you have any further questions.
