eWON Cosy 131 showing failed System Exec error

I was having VPN connection with eWON Cosy131 but at the moment it is not showing online in eCatcher.
I tried to reconfigure VPN but showing error and VPN connection is not getting established:
i have checked in Talk2m connection checker and allowed the below IP addresses in my router but still i am not bale to establish VPN connection.

Please advise, i have attached the backup .

There seems to be something that is blocking the VPN. I would go over the document i linked below as it is our information for our firewall.

I would ensure the rules are set correctly.

i did the firewall setting as per the attached but still it is same…
please advise if any other setting is to be done.

Did you whitelist *.talk2m.com?

It is best practice to whiltelist the wild card incase of server failure.

A whitelist is a list of entities approved for authorized access or privileged membership to enter a specific area in the computing world . These entities could include electronic groups or organizations, privileged websites or even email addresses.

You will need to create a rule in the firewall to allow access to our servers. You will use " *.talk2m.com" to allow the device to connect to our servers.
