eWON Cosy 131 won't finish internet wizard

On firmware 13.0
Tried doing a level 2 factory reset
Tried clearing the internet settings
Tried manually setting the internet settings through comcfg
Tested the ethernet WAN cable to make sure it had a WAN connection
Had him swap out his ethernet cable on the LAN because connection seemed flaky
tried connecting to a WIFI connection

New TeamViewer password

Got your voice mail. The photos attached are the last attempt at connection. This message was appearing from the Wizard screen –no internet connection. Do you have any other things we can try?

Can you try setting the DNS on the internet wizard to 8.8.8.8 and the backup to 1.1.1.1?
