Cosy 131 installed at client site some months ago. Would go offline and required a reboot to restore the connection. Last reboot did not work. The only LED on is .PWR. Power up with reset button depressed gives BI1 and PWR showing green. After about 10 seconds the USR shows orange - and that’s it no matter how long the reset is held or when it is removed. In this state the BI1 LED is orange with no reset and green with reset in.
The reason that the BI1 LED might appear orange is because the light from the USR LED is bleeding onto it. But when you turn the device on and the USR LED turns orange, is it blinking orange or solid orange?

USR was solid.
After I emailed, I had another look and managed to do a recovery.
I am concerned as to why this unit failed but I have returned it to service. Let’s see how it runs.
