Hi Andrew,
Sorry for the delay. I wanted to be sure we tried everything. I haven’t been able to get it working and it appears that there is something wrong with the board, even though I couldn’t find any physical damage on it. Unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do to repair a problem like this. Let me know if you’d like it shipped back.
