Is there a way to setup multi admin accounts on the router? I’ve tried changing the default adm password then it locked me out. The only way back into the router was to restore the configurations, which defaulted back to the default adm password. The weird thing is when you do a restore it ask for the adm password and I used my own password (the one that locked me out) and it was successful.

Hello Stacie,

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to make multiple admin accounts for the Cosy. You can create a different password for the user account. You will need to select “Erase all First” on the System Wizard.

I would reboot the device to ensure the settings are loaded properly.
