Ewon Cosy 141 going offline

I have a cosy-141 that has worked flawlessly for several years. Now it is going offline periodically. A reset of the connection by powering off/on the eWon resolves the problem, but I would like to address the root cause.

Hello,

Can you send us a backup.tar file of the device through eBuddy so we can take a closer look at this?

I can remote in to the eWon, but I can’t see it in ebuddy. I tried adding/connecting to it via s/n and IP, but no luck.

I will be going to the remote site next week and will try doing a backup from the LAN.

I finally got to the site. Here is the eWon info. I had to do a level 1 reset to get into the eWon and do a backup.

Hey Nick,

I think that the level 1 reset might have cleared out the old event logs. I’m only seeing data from today. Are you still having the device randomly drop off?
