eWON Cosy account credentials

Hello,
I have a customer that has a ewon cosy 141 MPI that my company used for remote PLC software support from our office in Germany. A while ago the support for this customer was transferred to the US team. We did some upgrades on site but never used the remote access. Now the customer want us to go in remotely and do some changes but we can’t find the credentials for the Talk2M account that this gateway was assigned to. Is there a way of regaining access through that gateway without resetting it to factory default?

If you can provide the serial number for the Ewon, we can email the admin and provide him the Account name and ask him to contact you.
