My customer’s ewon has been offline for a couple of days now. I am not sure if they went over their data allowed of 3Gig or they are having connection issues. It currently says offline on ecatcher and m2web. When I checked it with connection checker it says connection to the talk2m server failed. Enterprise firewall ssl interception not supported by ewon.
This sounds like the firewall is doing deep packet inspection which we would need disabled. Section 3 in the following document are mentions the connections we need through the firewall.
