Looking for some help troubleshooting a connection issue. We’ve have this installed for several years and I’ve never seen this before. I need to get this resolved quickly. The unit shows online but I can’t connect to it. Thanks

I’ve seen this issue a few times before. Can you make sure that you’re updated to the most recent version of eCatcher:

If it’s still running into the problem where it’s grayed out, try and close eCatcher in task manager and then reopen after a minute or 2 and it should be good
