I have set up a number of these modems and all work fine, however the most recent one I have setup will not load the HMI using m2Web (VNC). I can see the HMI if I connect using e-Catcher and then VNC viewer but it does not work through the web service.
I have two modems on the same account and both configurations are the same yet its works fine for the older one, just not the newer one.

Can you verify that you have these settings for your LAN device over eCatcher?
What is the HMI you’re trying to connect with?
Also can you let us know the firmware for the working devices and the current one having issues?
