Èwon Cozy 131 Cannot reset

Hi All,

I have setup an Ewon Cozy a few months ago with a sim card access. All worked ok, until the sim card needed to be changed.

The unit currently has only power light on it, i cannot get access using the ebuddy, lan connection lights flicker when the connected but i cannot see the unit at all.

I have tried factory reset using the instructions from previous threads, but the usr light goes solid after 5secs and remains solid until i release the reset, up to 150secs later.

Can anyone recommend a solution?

This device may need an RMA. Since this forum is run by the America’s office you will have to go through your local distributor since we cannot issue RMA’s internationally.
