Can’t send the logs.

Point is: What was done by whoever used the ACG-HMS-SUPPORT login assigned to HMS?

Hi Tim,

I have deleted the ACG-HMS-SUPPORT login, as I found in the logs (attached) they used a VNC connection through eCatcher to another HMI we did not authorize or ask be looked at.

This is a 24/7 Coffee Roasting Facility and we did not authorize this login to use VNC with eCatcher, it was only to test through M2web the HTTP connection to the R4_HMI. In fact the entry in the logs showed this was done on 2/6/2020, and the R4-HMI was configured to HTTP. This means they were connecting to other HMI’s without our permission.

We are continuing our investigation and will be looking at HMI logs this Saturday.

You let me know when the Developers are ready to look at the HTTP connection to the R4_HMI using the M2web.
