Ewon email delivery failed

I got this 2 following msgs at a client and I believe the scheduled email was not sent due to these errors. Ewon is set to close outgoing message every 60 min and re-establish

It looks like there was an interruption in the internet connection.

The other thing that I didn’t understand was It is set up to retry 3 times with 15 min duration. The connection was restored after brief interuption but the email wasn’t send on second attempt. What do you think went wrong ?

I can’t tell without the full logs from a backup with support files.

Did this just happen one time?

It just happened this time but it could happen again in future if the connection drops at 8AM monday when it is suppose to send out an email

Thank you. Unfortunately, the logs only go back 5 days so they didn’t capture the event. The cell signal does appear quite weak. One thing that I would recommend is to change the MaxCallDur in comcfg.txt (Setup > System > Storage > Edit COM cfg) to 0. This will prevent the network from resetting continuously. Right now it is disconnecting and reconnecting to the network every 60 minutes which is leading to logs getting filled up so quickly.
