Looking for a white paper in connecting a EWon Flexy 205 to a Directlogic D2-260 PLC for Texting and emailing alarms

I could not see anything in the FAQ or KB on this and wondered if there was a protocol I should use for this connection.

the Site also has a Citect 2018 Scada (which doesn’t support SMTP any longer) and thought maybe I could gather alarming info from Citect through the eWon to send out alarms.

Hello,

What is the protocol that it uses for communication? We do not have any official documentation stating we support that product. However, if the communication protocol matches wht is listed in the IO Server document, then it may be possible.

For the Citect, will you be gathering alarming data with Tags?
