Having issues connecting this particular ewon to Talk2M server 169.60.86.33 (device.vpn28.talk2m.com). Was able to successfully establish an outgoing connection on another ewon with this server, but for some reason that I cannot figure out, I am having difficulties with this one.

Did you restore a backup from a different Ewon to this device, or did you take a backup of this device and restore it on a different Ewon?

I would recommend going through the VPN Wizard again, either way. There seems to be a conflict between two Ewons (i.e. they are using the same keys).

What is the serial number of the Ewon?

Two Ewons using the same keys is what I suspected. So in this case, should I be able to fix the problem by creating a new entry on eCatcher and using the new T2M key that is generated?

I can’t say whether this device was restored from a backup or if the device was backed up and restored on another device, as I did not do the initial setup for this one. There is a chance that either of the two could’ve happened as it was a new hire at the time who had set it up.

Running through the VPN Wizard will result in a working VPN connection for this device but the only problem with that is that it sets the device up to go through another server, and the customer who we are setting this up for has only whitelisted the http://device.vpn28.talk2m.com/ server. And it is when I try to go through that server that this particular device gives me the error.

The serial number of this Ewon is 2148-0348-24

Yes, that will work. I can change the default server for that Ewon, but it would be a good idea to have the rest of the Americas VPN servers whitelisted. See: VPN Servers
