Ewon Flexy205 with Omron PLC & Proface Sirial Protocol question

I always appreciate your sincere answers to technical questions.

I want to apply Time Data (D Address) of Ewon Flexy to HMI.

The PLC reads the data from the HMI.

However, when read as FINS TCP (Topic A) on Ewon Flexy205, the data appears to be zero, and HMI during Write in Flexy has failed.

By any chance, can’t Flexy read through Fins communication because the Time Data is the HMI internal address?

I wonder if OMRON PLC can read the Time Data through Fins communication even though it is read from HMI.

To do so, can I register two or more languages, not just in ViewON, but also in Flexy in the future?

Hello @Hojin,

You question isn’t clear to me. The ewon FINS TCP/UDP client (master) to give access to data from the Omron CSCJ series which are reachable using the Ethernet interface of the Flexy.

I am not sure how the HMI reads data from the plc and if this would be able to update the time on the hmi.
