A customer sent us a screen shot of Firefox asking for a password for EWON. Is this for an update or it something else that is required by EWON to operate. Any info will be appreciated

Hi,
That would be the ewon’s local username and password which is separate from the talk2m account username and password. That is not needed for them to connect to a LAN device remotely. It is needed if they need to make changes on the ewon itself.
