I disconnected the eWon in the ZAC machine from the network and plugged a laptop in, and ran the “Talk2M Connection Checker”. The tool ran fine without any issues, I have attached the logs to this email.

At this time we are most concerned about the eWON for the Zac Machine in the list above.

Can you provide any assistance?

Hi Steven,

Can you send us a backup.tar file with the support files included from eBuddy?

Also have you made sure that you have udp port 1194 and tcp port 443 open? If you do the other issue might be that you have a firewall or something on your network that is blocking openVPN. Even if something is passing the connection checker it could still fail because of the last part because the connection checker doesn’t do a full VPN connection test
