Ewon keeps trying to establish a WAN when no WAN is connected

my ewon says it has a internet connection but when I do a internet connection wizard it tries to establish a WAN then fails the internet test. I have all ports set to LAN

What are you using for a WAN connection, Wifi or cellular?

Hi

I am trying to set up an internet connection on a ewon via a sim card and have all ports set to LAN.

I have done this many times

When doing the internet wizard the operation tries to establish a wan connection.

It passes then fails the internet connection.

Usually it doesn’t try to setup a wan connection as it has Modem only selected

Hi Tim,

Can you update to the latest firmware and try again? Certain cell carrier issues have been recently corrected.

Also, was this device connected to WAN by ethernet or Wifi before and you are now switching to cellular?
