Ewon not connecting to talk2machine

This ewon 131 was connecting fine this morning and then after a power down stopped talking to talk2machine. I have updated the firmaware, erase it from the account, try with another router in another network, tried with my hotspot and I keep getting this.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What type of internet connection? (ethernet, wifi, cellular)

The connection is ethernet and the serial is 1631008322.

Can you please make a backup of the device using eBuddy and make sure to check “Include Support Files”. Then send me the .tar file.

Were you using DHCP and then switched to static? If so, you need to make sure you supply DNS servers (like 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 will work). I moved the default VPN server to see if that makes a difference as well.

When you say DHCP, you mean the router IP on the LAN ?

This router is not connected directly to internet, is behind another router, so is double natting.

We have hundreds of these guys in the field like this and no problems whatsoever.

No, we don’t change the WAN setup. It’s always DHCP.

If this one got changed, I don’t how it happened.

So, how do I change it back to DHCP ?
