Unfortunately whitelisting the ports and addresses did not work. We used this document for reference: https://websupport.ewon.biz/sites/default/files/kb-0209-0-en-talk2m_used_addresses_and_ports.pdf

I updated the firmware from 13.1s0 to 13.2s1

I’ve attached a backup with support files.

I’ve also copied Chuong, who is our site IT admin.

Hi,

In the devices current state you are running into a WAN LAN conflict. The LAN IP is set to the same address being assigned to the WAN.

The device has 2 Ethernet adapters, the WAN in your case is the WiFi connection and the LAN is going to the devices you want to access remotly. To allow us to create a route into the LAN the WAN needs to be in a different subnet. This also means it has two IP addresses.
