EWON Offline (vpn23)

We have around 300+ EWONs in the field and we notice in their logs a lot of VPN23 errors. For many of them we have to have them physically reboot the EWON. This of course is not ideal. We’d appreciate your assistance on this.

What is the error message exactly?

Are these all ethernet, WiFi, or cellular connections or is it a combination?

Can you provide the Talk2M account name?

If this has happened recently, can you create a backup of the device with eBuddy and check the box “Include Support Files” so that we can check the logs and settings?

Good morning Kyle thank you for getting back with me. These are Cosy 131 devices (ethernet only).We have 300+ eWONs defined in that accounts.Acct Name: Sonnys Controls Pro. Also, all of these devices are remote.Attached is a log file from one of the devices that have been giving us issues consistently.

Thank you for this. I also need to get a backup of one of the Ewons using eBuddy and checking “Include Support Files” if you can supply that.
