Due to a security update of the service, please make sure that you have the latest Netbiter firmware (2.03.05) in order for a Remote Access tunnel to be established. If your Netbiter have firmware version 1.X.X, the firmware update needs to be done in two steps (FW 1.X.X to 2.01.05 to 2.03.05).
