eWON shows online but cannot connect

When I log in to my eCatcher account I see that my eWON is online, but the connect button is grayed out. Is there something in the set up that need to be changed?

In the past I’ve seen this issue be resolved by just logging out of eCatcher for 10 minutes or so and then logging back in. But if that doesn’t seem to work let me know.
