Ewon showing unregistered after being registered and operational. Any reason why this is happening while the ewon is operational?
Can you share a screenshot showing what you mean by the Ewon showing unregistered?
Is the device accessible through eCatcher or M2Web, or are you using it locally, like for data collection and alarming?
It shows Offline in eCatcher but unregistered in M2Web. It was online an accessible but we lost connection
to it.
Do you have local access to the device? It’s hard to say why this happened without seeing the logs. If you can get local access, please capture a backup with support files in eBuddy so that we can investigate further. Make sure to check “include support files” during the backup to include the logs.
