Per our conversation you have a flexy that contains an excess of 400 tags. This has causeed system degradation on the unit. He is unable to open any files and reset the unit. I advised him to reduce the Tag to >350 tags. However, after the alteration he power cycled the unit, and it restored the original tags. I advised factory reset of the device.
