Export Tag Value to CSV and send to Mail

Hello

Following question: I would like to write an tag value at 11 o´clock every day to an csv file on the flexy!
Like: 01-01-2022 - tag: xyz - value: 100
02-01-2022 - tag: xyz - value: 105 and so on.

On the 31-01-2022 should this fully filled csv file be sended to an Mail Adress (alternate to an FTP Server / Folder).

Is this possible? And if yes, how i can do this? Thanks for your help.
