On short circuiting the jumper the communicator changed to boot loader mode . but still i am not able perform factory restore operation.

Can you provide more details about why you are factory resetting the device?
To help me understand the current status of the device what are the LED’s on the device doing?
Were you able to connect to the device though configuration manager?

my problem is solved . I was not able to download program to anybus it was a problem with my RS 232 to PC connector . I just replaced it with a new one and updated my serial communication drivers.Now everything works fine.Now i need some help for communicating with DANFOSS FC51 Drive
