Failed to connect Talk2M account

Dear Sir,

When i try to login to talk2m account , the following error message,

Failed to connect Talk2M account.
i cannot login with my office network.

but i can login with other internet connection.

can you support me on this topic.

You will have to direct your IT department to the following documentation:

KB-0209-00 - Addresses and ports used by Talk2M .

This should provide them with all of the information they need to allow access to our servers.
