Is there a place to provide feedback to the development team on ecatcher? I have tested the 6.9 version and it changes some things regarding the administration that prevent me from upgrading.

You could share the details here and maybe we would have some feedback or suggestions, but to get in contact with the eCatcher developers, I would recommend posting on the Ewon Developer Forum https://techforum.ewon.biz/ or opening a support case at https://support.hms-networks.com.
There is nothing on the tech forum regarding ecatcher, I will open a ticket on the support portal.
Here the two main problems I have with the 6.9:
- it is no longer possible to disable a user from the list, you have to edit a user to disable it.
- when creating a new user, there is no longer the option to force the user to change their password at first login and the “forbid user to change its password is activated” by default which is never used for us.
As for the feedback for the new feature, for now, I will not use the set expiration date as the drop down is (1day-6months) is way too limiting, I would prefer to enter a date.

Sorry about the late response, but I’ve been out of the office for the last 2 weeks.
Maybe not. It’s mostly for development conversations regarding the Flexy and T2M / M2Web APIs, but I suggested this because it is run by Ewon developers.
I think this is your best bet for getting your concerns addressed. It will be forwarded directly to the Ewon Team and shared with the developers.
