Firmware download failed and the AB7832 is not responding

Hi,
I tried upload the .fwp file (FWP_ABX_V_3_29_01_D) on AB7832-F with the firmware Download TP (2.16.1.2), the upload failed and the gateway is not responding. The version of the .fwp file was not the correct one? Is there any possibility of solving the problem?

Anybus Gateway AB7832-F
Anybus Gateway AB7832-F1600×1200 114 KB
What would be the corresponding .fwp file?
Anybus X-Gateway Ethernet / IP Adapter - Profibus Slave, Item No. AB7832-F, Serial A043D86B.
