Hello, I wish to upgrade the firmware of my CompactCom40 and I downloaded the last version of Firmware Manager II ( 1.12.1.0 ).
When I launch the program it gives me the error Failed to initialize Transport Provider.
I have windows 10 64 bit OS if it could be useful to detect the issue.
What I can do?

Hi Matteo,

Which compactcom are you using and is the device already embedded in something or is this still in a starter kit?

I believe that this upgrade requires a USB connection to go through

Hi Tim,
the compactCom40 is embedded in a digital card, it’s not in the starter kit.
Anyway I solved, it was a firewall issue…Once deactivated, the Firmware Manager could work fine and I could upgrade the firmware via Ethernet.
