I have anybus module AB4172 that shows the internal error i.e. Module status LED flashes red in 4Hz frequency. I tried to do a file formatting that doesn’t help to bring the module back. Now I am trying to upload the firmware using serial connection pins on the board. But I have no success. I have used Anybus Firmware Manager and during the configuration of communication transport path, it isn’t actually connecting to the device. So I am unable to do anything with the module.
Can you help me how to download the firmware to the AB4172 module?
