Did you know that eBuddy works remotely if you connect with eCatcher? You can also download configuration files from an eWON using FTP or the web browser.
The first thing I would do is get the working config files and compare them to the ones on the problem device.

Hello Kyle,
We finally found the solution for the VPN connection problem.
Simon had taken over my PC with teamviewer and it was a routing problem, We had to click on the option “Don’t push any routes to client” in edit section user/device for each VPN user account.
