The title is in error, this is about an eWon CD 2005.
With regard to back when using eBuddy the eWon cannot be backed up it gives an error “Transfer error: Failed to send file to Ewon”. When the events log is checked the following is found “23624 exp-File not found in Tar operation ftps”.

If the device is an Ewon CD 2005, the then it looks to be that the file your are looking to export does not exist.
Are you using a Script in the Ewon CD 2005?
