Hi Steve,

Thanks for your time today troubleshooting the WiFi connection issue. It seems to be one of two possible issues - the WiFi network or a device defect. Therefore, we need to try another WiFi network. Please let me know what you find and we’ll go from there.

  • Webex with Steve, device is connecting to internet and then disconnecting after a few seconds

  • Tried re-running the Internet Wizard, factory reset the device

  • Logs show:

    pla-Connection rejected by WIFI SSID  (prod)
    pla-Cannot reach WIFI SSID  (prod)
    pla-DHCPC Start error (unable to start interface)
