Hi Steve,
Thanks for your time today troubleshooting the WiFi connection issue. It seems to be one of two possible issues - the WiFi network or a device defect. Therefore, we need to try another WiFi network. Please let me know what you find and we’ll go from there.

Webex with Steve, device is connecting to internet and then disconnecting after a few seconds

Tried re-running the Internet Wizard, factory reset the device

Logs show:
pla-Connection rejected by WIFI SSID (prod) pla-Cannot reach WIFI SSID (prod) pla-DHCPC Start error (unable to start interface)
